ABV 04: Whiskey Sour Cocktail Tasting
We’re putting the bourbon whiskey to the test, utilizing the brands in the famous Whiskey Sour cocktail. We’re making four cocktails, one with each brand of bourbon: Buffalo Trace, Marker’s Mark, Woodford Reserve and Knob Creek kentucky bourbon.
What’s your favorite bourbon?
Here is our recipe:
- 2 oz. Whiskey
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry
Mix all ingredients in an iced shaker and strain into an iced rocks glass and garnish with a slice of orange and maraschino cherry.
