Red fruit liqueurs oxidate within a few days.  The only way to slow down this process is to keep it in the fridge.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you are looking at top raspberry liqueur, I recommend: Boudier.&lt;br&gt;Furthermore their cassis liqueur is THE one to use for a Kir.&lt;br&gt;</description>
