ABV 49: Cherry Liqueur and Singapore Sling
We’re creating the Singapore Sling, a cocktail with New Amsterdam gin, a lightly flavored gin as our core spirit with just a hint of cherry liqueur. Which cherry liqueur will be the backbone flavors of the cocktail, which liqueur will really bring the most flavors? We’re using Heering, Roi René Rouge and Luxardo Cherry Liqueur.

- 1/2 oz. Grenadine
- 1/2 oz. Cherry Liqueur
- 2 oz. Sweet Sour Mix
- Topped off Carbonated Water
- Cherry Garnish
